Service Description

With 15+ years of an evolved yoga practice, Pita is delighted to share yoga with you! Her classes include teachings from various yoga schools such as Kriya and Hatha, mindfulness, meditation, breathing techniques, and mantra (sacred chanting) with the goal of creating balance in the heart, body, and mind! *Expect some chanting and Bhakti dancing ✨
